Athro Cyswllt ym Mhrifysgol Gorllewin Lloegr (UWE), Bryste, mae hi wedi gwneud ymchwil helaeth gyda phobl ifanc am newid hinsawdd, cynaladwyedd ac aflonyddwch ffasiwn cyflym. Hi yw Arweinydd Addysg y Ganolfan Nodau Byd-eang a SPARKS (canolfan cynaliadwyedd newydd ym Mryste). Mae hi hefyd yn seicotherapydd cymwysedig gyda ffocws ar Iechyd System Nerfol, Ymgorfforiad a Niwrowyddoniaeth Berthynol. Mae hi'n angerddol am weithio gydag unigolion a grwpiau yn therapiwtig i gefnogi perthnasoedd dyfnach \u00e2'r amgylchedd. Yn ymwybodol iawn o\u2019r cysylltiad rhwng materion iechyd meddwl unigol, heriau cymdeithasol, argyfyngau amgylcheddol a phryder hinsawdd, mae gan Jo weledigaeth o gymunedau sy\u2019n cyd-reoleiddio ac yn hunanreoleiddio, ochr yn ochr \u00e2 daear gytbwys ac iachach. Al yw ein Hyrwyddwr Arweiniol ar gyfer Creadigrwydd a\u2019r Cwricwlwm. Yn hyfforddwr, bardd perfformio a chyfreithiwr sy'n gwella, mae hefyd yn sylfaenydd Let's Do This, sy'n cynnal cyrsiau hyfforddi mewn meddwl creadigol ar gyfer ystod o gleientiaid trydydd sector a chorfforaethol. Ers dros 20 mlynedd, mae Al wedi gweithio gydag elusennau fel Ymddiriedolaeth y Tywysog a'r YMCA, ac wedi darparu gweithdai cyfathrebu i fyfyrwyr mewn dros 200 o ysgolion uwchradd y wladwriaeth. Alex sy'n arwain ein chwarae gwaith creadigol i Gymru. Mae hi'n weithiwr theatr proffesiynol sydd wedi bod yn hwyluso chwarae creadigol a mynegiant greddfol ers dros ddegawd. Dechreuodd Alex ei gyrfa fel ymarferydd addysgol yn Llundain gyda\u2019r Donmar Warehouse, ac mae wedi gweithio\u2019n helaeth gyda phobl ifanc ac oedolion. Mae hi'n defnyddio technegau theatr somatig (corfforol) a gemau byrfyfyr a gemau i helpu cyfranogwyr i gysylltu \u00e2'u hathrylith greadigol gynhenid eu hunain. Ar \u00f4l bod yn athro, mae Phil yn deall bod adrodd straeon yn arf pwerus ar gyfer codi safonau mewn llythrennedd yn ogystal \u00e2 chwarae rhan hanfodol wrth ddatblygu sgiliau llythrennedd emosiynol pobl ifanc. Yn 2010 daeth Phil yn hyfforddai ar brosiect MYTHOS-Grundtvig, partneriaeth o 5 g\u0175yl adrodd straeon rhyngwladol sy\u2019n darparu ac yn cyfnewid hyfforddiant ar dechnegau a dulliau adrodd straeon.
