Trwy hyn gallwn ailgysylltu \u00e2 Chreadigrwydd, gan ei alluogi i dyfu, i ffynnu ac i lunio arferion cynaliadwy ein bywydau bob dydd.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mae'r ffaith bod yn rhaid i ni dynnu sylw at Greadigedd a'n hangen i'w addysgu'n benodol, ei ddatblygu a'i gymhwyso ("edrychwch arnaf, rwy'n cymhwyso sgil creadigrwydd") yn peri pryder. Dydw i ddim yn dweud dim byd newydd yma. Mae llawer o\u2019m blaen wedi s\u00f4n am absenoldeb Creadigrwydd o fewn ein hysgolion a\u2019n Cwricwlwm a\u2019r diffyg Creadigrwydd sy\u2019n bresennol yn arferion ystod enfawr o boblogaeth y byd fel pe bai\u2019n gelfyddyd goll; efallai ei fod. Mae gan yr angen i 'leoli' y Creadigrwydd coll hwn lawer o eiriolwyr ac mae'n cyd-fynd \u00e2'n cred bod angen newid ffocws cymdeithasol; o 'Cystadleuaeth i Gydweithio, Prynwriaeth i Dosturi a Chydymffurfiaeth i Greadigedd.'<\/p>

Yng Nghymbrogi Dysgu rydym yn cydnabod bod y modd yr ydym yn hwyluso datblygiad Creadigrwydd mewn unrhyw ddysgwr, waeth beth fo\u2019u hoedran, yn gofyn inni fynd i\u2019r afael yn gyntaf \u00e2 beth yw Creadigrwydd; sgil neu feddylfryd, agwedd neu agwedd, ymagwedd neu allu. Mae creadigrwydd yn ffenomen ddynol aml-ddimensiwn a braidd yn gymhleth. Dros y canrifoedd gwnaed ymdrechion trwy draddodiadau diwinyddol a gwyddonol i feintioli a chymhwyso tarddiad a nodweddion creadigrwydd.<\/span><\/p>

Fel rhywogaeth cawn ein geni gyda Chreadigedd cynhenid (lle mae hyn yn gorwedd o fewn ni - Pen, Llaw, Calon - pwy a wyr), ond eto mae gennym allu cynhenid ar gyfer creadigrwydd y gellir ei actifadu mor hawdd ag y gellir ei ddadactifadu. Felly yr her gyntaf yw sut mae sicrhau bod yr amodau'n bodoli sy'n galluogi'r gallu cynhenid hwn i gael ei roi ar waith. Ar \u00f4l ei roi ar waith yr ail ystyriaeth yw gallu. Mae gennym y gallu i fod yn greadigol, un y gellir ei ddatblygu dros amser trwy gyfarwyddo ac arbrofi. Mae angen i ni greu'r amodau i fireinio'r sgiliau hyn. Yn olaf mae angen i ni gael y cyfle i roi'r gallu a'r gallu hwn ar waith, i ymarfer Creadigrwydd o fewn cyd-destun lluosog i harneisio potensial yr archbwer Dynol unigryw hwn.<\/p>

Felly ein man cychwyn yw ein gallu ar gyfer Creadigrwydd. Adnabod ei nodweddion ac ystyried sut y gellir gweithredu ein gallu. Trwy fyfyrio ar y dylanwadau ar ein gallu, ein profiadau yn y gorffennol, ein hamgylchiadau presennol a'n nodau ar gyfer y dyfodol gallwn feddwl mwy am y mewnol a'r allanol, y cymhellion, yr emosiynau a'r gwir ewyllys. Rydym yn cymryd saib, yn creu gofod ac yn myfyrio'n ddwfn ar hyn er mwyn deall yn well ein perthynas ryngbersonol a rhyngbersonol \u00e2'r gallu hwn.<\/p>
