Mae&#039;r goblygiadau yn bellgyrhaeddol. Dydw i ddim yn dweud dim byd newydd yma. Mae llawer o\u2019m blaen wedi s\u00f4n am absenoldeb Creadigrwydd o fewn ein hysgolion a\u2019n Cwricwlwm a\u2019r diffyg Creadigrwydd sy\u2019n bresennol yn arferion ystod enfawr o boblogaeth y byd fel pe bai\u2019n gelfyddyd goll; efallai ei fod. Mae gan yr angen i &#039;leoli&#039; y Creadigrwydd coll hwn lawer o eiriolwyr ac mae&#039;n cyd-fynd \u00e2&#039;n cred bod angen newid ffocws cymdeithasol; o &#039;Cystadleuaeth i Gydweithio, Prynwriaeth i Dosturi a Chydymffurfiaeth i Greadigedd.&#039;<\/p><p>Ochr yn ochr \u00e2\u2019r ddadl hon ynghylch ein Creadigrwydd coll mae sut i\u2019w gael yn \u00f4l, o gynllunio\u2019n benodol ar ei gyfer, ei addysgu, ei asesu (mae hyd yn oed yr OECD a PISA wrthi) i\u2019r ochr arall, \u2018athro, gadewch lonydd i\u2019r plant hynny\u2019 i datblygu creadigrwydd yn naturiol. Mae creadigrwydd yn ffenomen ddynol aml-ddimensiwn a braidd yn gymhleth. Dros y canrifoedd gwnaed ymdrechion trwy draddodiadau diwinyddol a gwyddonol i feintioli a chymhwyso tarddiad a nodweddion creadigrwydd.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"KjCpW _2iBaw LRhRI HbWqo MIiJ6\">Fel rhywogaeth cawn ein geni gyda Chreadigedd cynhenid (lle mae hyn yn gorwedd o fewn ni - Pen, Llaw, Calon - pwy a wyr), ond eto mae gennym allu cynhenid ar gyfer creadigrwydd y gellir ei actifadu mor hawdd ag y gellir ei ddadactifadu. Yn olaf mae angen i ni gael y cyfle i roi&#039;r gallu a&#039;r gallu hwn ar waith, i ymarfer Creadigrwydd o fewn cyd-destun lluosog i harneisio potensial yr archbwer Dynol unigryw hwn.<\/p><p class=\"KjCpW _2iBaw LRhRI HbWqo MIiJ6\">Felly ein man cychwyn yw ein gallu ar gyfer Creadigrwydd. Adnabod ei nodweddion ac ystyried sut y gellir gweithredu ein gallu.
